Have a client moving to LA?

I'm Tyler Drinkwater, a Los Angeles agent with Revel Real Estate (CA DRE #02112336). I work with buyers relocating from other states and countries, and with the agents who send them. When my clients leave LA, I send them the other way.

How a referral works

1. Introduce us. A quick email or text to me and your client is all it takes. Call or text 310-881-8759 or email tyler@tylerdrinkwater.com.
2. Put it in writing. Referral fees are set out in a written agreement between our brokerages before I start, and disclosed to the client, as the law requires.
3. I call them first, on their time zone, then set up live video tours, the neighborhood guides and updates until they have keys.
4. You hear how it's going. I send you updates at the milestones that matter: first tours, offer, acceptance, contingencies and closing.

Going the other way

When a client of mine is leaving LA, I introduce them to a vetted agent where they're headed. If you'd like to be on that list for your market, send me a note. My sister site, I Want to Leave LA, is where many of those sellers start.
